BrightPages.com is an independent online yellow pages directory. We are not affiliated with any local or long distance telephone company nor do we publish the yellow or white pages customarily distributed in your area.

Our billing policy is based on a quarterly schedule. You will receive a bill promptly after the order is processed. Your listing will automatically renew each quarter and an additional bill will be sent every 90 days thereafter. Payments are due upon receipt and overpayment will be applied to the next billing cycle. We accept credit cards, checks and money orders. If you choose to pay by credit card, you authorize BrightPages.com to charge your card for each 90-day billing cycle on a recurring basis. You can discontinue at any time by contacting our customer service department at 1-866-602-BPYP. You will only be billed if you return the order form with a signature, if you decide not to list with us, just disregard the offer.

*We use standardized headings and will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we do withhold the right to reclassify headings when necessary.

Therefore, if you are not satisfied with our services for any reason or wish to discontinue your business listing, please contact our customer service department at 1-866-602-BPYP. Cancellations are accepted at any time. If ever you are not satisfied with the services we provide, we will refund your money. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
